In Smolensk, a woman ran over a man, the police had to force her out of the car

In the parking lot of one of the shopping centers in Smolensk, a 40-year-old woman in a Hyundai car ran into a pedestrian who was getting into the car. After that, she locked herself in the car and refused to show her documents to the arrived traffic police officers.

With regard to the woman, administrative material was drawn up under part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer." An investigation is underway into the collision with a pedestrian.
