37-year-old Andrei Svetlov works as an engineer at the Ministry of Health, installing equipment in medical institutions. During the pandemic, a man, for example, worked in the “red zone.” He has two young children and a wife, Evgenia. A month ago, she was fired from a children's charity fund due to sanctions - Andrei is the only breadwinner in the family. On September 23, the man was invited to the military registration and enlistment office “to clarify the data.” Andrei collected a bunch of certificates that talk about his vision problems (he has complex myopic astigmatism - his vision is minus 8, without glasses he sees almost nothing), as well as a military ID - it says that the man did not serve. The military registration and enlistment office was not convinced. They did not conduct a medical examination; the engineer was put on a bus and sent to a military unit in Naro-Fominsk. There he was appointed platoon commander and given subordination to 50 people - because of the military department, which he attended 14 years ago.
