On June 10, 1990, the BAC 1-11-528FL airliner departed on a scheduled flight. 13 minutes after takeoff, the captain was thrown halfway out of the cockpit due to the separation of a poorly installed windshield. The plane landed safely thanks to the second pilot - all passengers survived. The material does not contain a real photo, but a computer reconstruction of the incident from “Cineflix”.
