Several people have been found alive in a hydroelectric power plant tunnel in Nepal. The search and rescue operation is ongoing.
Rescuers heard a human voice coming from the tunnel. Teams from the Nepalese Army and the Armed Police Force entered the area. Together, they found a surviving man and managed to rescue him. Later, another person was brought out of the tunnel alive.
According to available information, other people may still be inside.
The death toll from the natural disaster in Nepal has exceeded 1,200. More than 5,000 people are missing.
