Punishment for playing too loud music
A group of young people, having sailed from the shore on a boat, decided to listen to music. And, apparently, the volume with which they did it did not suit some vacationers. At least two guys on jet skis. They came closer to the ship from which the recording was being made, and, apparently, either asked to be quieter, or started a conflict. At some point, one of the boat passengers throws something at the uninvited guests. And he decides to teach everyone a lesson at once.
