On June 17-18, 2008, the youth public organization “Kiev Club “Red Star”, together with the concern “Kyivpidzemshlyakhbud”, organized and carried out the lifting of the T-34-76 tank in the Cherkasy region. The immediate lifting of the tank was preceded by a long and painstaking work over several months on legal registration and technical preparation for the lifting.
All the time, we received great help and support from all local government bodies of the Cherkasy region, the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, for which we once again want to thank them.
