What happens when you leave a young dog, a visually impaired cat and an elderly rat in the same room? Well, if this is the cutest trio, Sasha the dog, Jack the cat and Twix the rat, then that means they will become best friends.
The unlikely friends were taken to the shelter in March. “Their owners could no longer care for them, but we were told they were bonded together,” said Jennifer of the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
Since Jack couldn't see very well as a kitten, he always relied on his dog Sasha for emotional support and for the opportunity to walk around. “She calms Jack and if he is away from Sasha for too long, the cat becomes depressed.
When the veterinarian tried to examine the cat, he did not allow the doctors to come closer until his friend the dog Sasha was brought in.
Despite the fact that Twix the rat is already at a respectable age, he is very young and playful at heart.
This pet is very friendly, absolutely adores his friends - he is the most interesting and sociable of this trio.
Of course the trio should be taken from the shelter together - as is. And they found their home - all together)))
