Meeting of a depressed man and a starving cat (5 photos)
The two met under difficult circumstances. The man was suffering from a recent separation from his soul mate, and the kitten was languishing from hunger, fatigue and illness. They came together to give each other happiness.
After a difficult breakup, the man was left confused and heartbroken. One day he was leaving the door with tears in his eyes, when suddenly a ginger kitten appeared right in front of him, meowing for help.
That day there was unbearable heat and the little animal immediately rushed into the apartment, from where the coolness blew. The man poured him a bowl of cold water. There was no cat food in the house, so the man shared his fajitas with his guest and added meat to the drink. The kitten greedily swallowed all the treats.
“I named it Fajita after our first meal together,” the young man said.
“A little later, I noticed that the kitten was sneezing and decided to take him to the vet. I didn’t know much about cats, so I turned to social networks for virtual support from friends.”
Experienced cat owners advised our hero to buy a special pet carrier. Returning from the pet store, the man immediately saw his new furry friend at the door. The kitten humbly waited for its owner and was not at all eager to be released.
“I managed to earn his trust enough that he allowed himself to be loaded into the carrier. And while we were waiting for the veterinarian, we finally became friends,” says the man.
Fajita's eyes were unable to open fully due to conjunctivitis and an upper respiratory tract infection. He also weighed too little for his age. Doctors cleaned the fur baby's eyes and gave him the necessary antibiotics. The kitten was finally able to see fully and received the care it so desperately needed.
After visiting the veterinarian, Fajita was very tired and a little nervous from the long journey. But that didn't stop him from climbing into his new friend's lap. He sat comfortably in a warm place and seemed to consider human feet a worthy throne.
"I looked him in the eye and asked, 'Do you want to be my cat?' The kitten meowed back and I burst into tears.”
Fajita was sick and homeless, but the man was devastated and broken from unhappy love. They met at a time when they needed each other most.
“I felt lonely and lost after the breakup. The little purr filled my heart with warmth again.”
