Instead of buttons, it uses the pedals of a real exercise bike. The creator linked it to GTA V so he could work out while riding through the in-game city and mountain roads.
He can steer using his phone. According to the creator, pedaling power sets the speed in the game, while inclines and declines change the exercise bike's resistance.
He says he has also set up the same system in Skyrim.
