A few years ago, scientists discovered the skeletons of two different ancient animals lying together. An internet user created a short animated video dedicated to this.
According to the theory, an ancient amphibian crawled into the burrow of a small mammalian ancestor seeking shelter. The owner of the burrow did not drive the uninvited guest away, and they stayed together.
Later, a natural disaster struck them, and both animals died lying next to each other. It all happened about 250 million years ago.
