Military Helicopter Converted into Unique Hotel Suite (6 photos)
Scottish team Mains Farm purchased and transformed a decommissioned ZA127 Sea King military helicopter into a unique holiday stay open to visitors. 
The helicopter's exterior was restored, while the interior was completely converted into cozy sleeping quarters. 
In the cockpit, which retains its original dashboard, they fitted a pair of swivel seats and a table crafted from an old fuel tank cover. The cockpit offers scenic landscape views. 
The light-filled interior features a kitchenette complete with a stainless steel countertop. Wooden shelving and potted plants add a warm, natural feel to the space. 
It comfortably sleeps a family of five—two adults and three children. The setup includes double and triple sleeping arrangements, with an additional single bed tucked into the tail section. 
To ensure it stays cool in summer and warm in winter, the walls were fully insulated. Finished with white-painted wood paneling, the interior resembles a stylish yacht. New doors and windows were also added to flood the suite with natural light.
