Coffee in pocket nitrogen cartridges

The era of instant coffee in bags is gradually becoming a thing of the past. In the US, coffee is now being produced in pocket-sized nitrogen-filled cartridges. The coffee concentrate is injected into a glass of water or milk, resulting in an invigorating drink with a creamy foam.

The cartridge contains 180 mg of caffeine and has a shelf life of over a year without refrigeration.
