A Zaragoza goalkeeper punched an opponent in the face during a match.
Zaragoza goalkeeper Esteban Andrada punched Huesca player Jorge Pulido in the face late in the 37th matchday of the Spanish Segunda Division.
During extra time, Andrada pushed an opponent, earning a yellow card, his second, which led to his dismissal. The referee's decision displeased the goalkeeper, who immediately punched Pulido in the face, sparking a brawl.
After consulting with VAR, the referee also sent off Huesca goalkeeper Dani Jimenez and Zaragoza defender Dani Tasende. The match ended with a 1-0 victory for Huesca.
According to the disciplinary code of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Andrade now faces a suspension of between 4 and 12 matches.
