At a festival in Taiwan, a spectacular fire performance went awry. During the dance show, a dancer slipped on the slippery stage surface, causing her costume to come into contact with the flames and catch fire.

Witnesses say the situation was shocking, but organizers and participants quickly responded and helped extinguish the flames.
