One of the restaurants decided to put on a spectacular show in which a dish was prepared over an open fire right in front of the visitors. The workers wanted to impress the guests so much that they overdid the fire, apparently forgetting about the fire extinguishing systems. And they, in turn, were relentless and simply flooded the whole mess with water.
