The Colomban Kri-Kri is the smallest twin-engine manned aircraft, designed in the early 1970s by French engineer Michel Colomban.
With a length of 3.9 meters and a wingspan of 4.9 meters, the aircraft weighs only 78 kg and flies at 220 km/h (135 mph), with a full fuel tank capable of flying for 460 km (280 mi).
The aircraft was sold as kits for DIY garage assembly—like LEGO for aviators—and cost as much as a budget car at the time.
