Japan's New Tallest Skyscraper Under Construction in Tokyo (7 photos)

The 390-meter-tall Tokyo Torch tower will be built opposite Tokyo Station in 2027. Mitsubishi Estate, the project's developer, promises to develop an entire new neighborhood, while the skyscraper's upper floors will house a hotel and an observation deck.
