The beauty of the landscape, a world without forests

Who would have thought that a country of glaciers could have such a diverse landscape? The main territory of Iceland is located on the island of the same name. Incidentally, it is the largest volcanic island. There are almost no forests here, but there are beautiful waterfalls rushing down the mountains. This land has many unusual features. For example, Icelanders don't have surnames, and one of the most popular dishes (hákarl) is rotten shark fillet. But the most unforgettable impression is left by the extraordinarily beautiful nature of this Scandinavian country. Stunning landscapes with the Northern Lights captivate with their magical glow.
