In Kazakhstan, a man saved a loving couple of swans from death in a frozen lake
On Lake Torsykbay, a female swan froze into the ice and was unable to fly away. The male refused to abandon her and remained nearby, practically expecting to die along with his beloved.
A local resident spotted the birds, carefully pulled them out of the ice, took them home, warmed them up, and nursed them back to health.
