This is a view of Tokyo from above. When we fantasize about modernity or foreign cultures, we often forget to look beyond our virtual perception of reality. And even the Japanese sometimes get lost in this. In fact, the real modernity we aspire to looks exactly like this. It's both admirable and terrifying. What do we expect from such a society? What's interesting about it? Admittedly, life in Tokyo is a kind of separate universe, very organized and comfortable for people. But would Brazilians cope? And what would we become if we found ourselves in the jungle of the metropolis?
