A unique rescue operation has been carried out in Vietnam. Heavy drones are being used for the first time to evacuate people en masse.
The country is currently experiencing massive flooding, with over 50 people killed. A local resident in this video spent almost a day in the water waiting for help. A local farmer unexpectedly came to his aid with a cargo drone.
The drone can support up to 100 kilograms, but it took three attempts for it to take off with the man in it. The entire operation took 40 minutes.
