Nature was in the mood for fun and threw a foam party in a small village in Ireland. 
Local media report that the rare photo is the aftermath of a recent storm. This happens when the sea is rough: storm waves stir up water saturated with organic matter. And if the wind is strong, large quantities of foam can wash ashore. Which is exactly what happened.
People who have lived there their entire lives said they haven't seen anything like it in 50 years.
