During a festive parade celebrating Sinterklaas—the Dutch version of Saint Nicholas, who comes to children with gifts—one of the boats carrying his helpers capsized. Eight people ended up in the frigid water, but rescuers quickly came to the rescue and brought everyone safely to shore. No one was seriously injured, and the parade continued without delay.
