Universal Pictures has released the debut trailer for "Michael," a film about the life and career of Michael Jackson, the "King of Pop." The trailer also features clips from the artist's concerts and stills from his music videos, including "Thriller."
The film stars Giuliano Valdi, Colman Domingo, Miles Teller, Joe Gillette, and Kat Graham, among others.
The biopic was directed by Antoine Fuqua, whose credits include "Training Day," "The Equalizer" trilogy, and "The Magnificent Seven." The screenplay was written by John Logan, who also worked on "Gladiator" and "The Last Samurai."
A poster for the film has also appeared online. The image shows the "King of Pop" at various stages of his life, from childhood to adulthood.
