A huge avalanche hit a tourist camp on Annapurna

On October 26, a massive avalanche occurred on Mount Annapurna I in Nepal. A massive snowfall fell on Annapurna North Base Camp, located at an altitude of approximately 4,100 meters. Footage of the incident captured a colossal torrent of snow cascading down a steep slope and rushing toward the camp.
The avalanche buried tents and virtually obscured visibility. Trekkers and guides had to contend with powerful winds and snowfall. Fortunately, despite the severity of the incident, no one was injured.
