25-year-old Gubba is preparing for the worst, stocking up on everything from food to medicine, seeds, and soil. Her pantry is so full that she could feed a family of five for ten years, and this year she'll serve Christmas dinner from freeze-dried foods.

She appreciates simple joys, like cooking delicious food for the holidays.

This Christmas, she'll enjoy roast turkey with mashed potatoes and green beans, and apple pie for dessert. The only difference is that she prepared it all last year. The ingredients are freeze-dried and packaged in silver bags, like those worn by astronauts.

"Every extra dollar goes toward my supplies and home systems: food preservation, water storage, off-grid power, and security," says Gubba, who has two million followers on social media.

"Many people find this lifestyle extreme, but for me, it's freedom. I've significantly increased my supplies lately and can provide for a family of five for ten years. Even my Christmas dinner was freeze-dried and packaged last year. And it's not a whim, but proof of my independence," shares the thrifty homemaker.

"When the world panics, I'll still serve Christmas dinner. I might even use homemade lard balm instead of perfume."

A Washington resident believes the world is already on the brink of an unbearable situation.

She says: "We are in the early stages of a crisis: food shortages, energy shortages, economic instability, and dependence on fragile systems. The real collapse won't be like in the movies, but a slow decay that can no longer be stopped. The tipping point will be the failure of digital currency—control and scarcity at the same time. That's why I live and work like this: resilience over certainty. My generation strives for comfort, but I strive for competence."

Gubba has a small farm and makes her own canned meat and soap. She has a collection of weapons for self-defense.

She also creates skincare products and sells them under the Arvoti brand.

"I have hundreds of cans of homemade canned meat, soups, and broths, as well as freeze-dried fruits and grains. I purchased water purification equipment and installed backup solar power sources. I've expanded my farm: I've got more chickens for eggs, goats for milk, and sheep for wool. I've also increased my stock of ammunition and firearms. My main priority is to be so self-sufficient that we never have to leave. Now I'm thinking about building a bunker."

"My goal isn't to scare people, but to help them regain control of their lives. This could be food preserving, creating natural cosmetics, or teaching them forgotten skills."

"My father thinks I'm crazy. But he knows how hard it is to give up the convenience of supermarkets. And he also understands that I follow my convictions and no one can convince me otherwise," Gubba added.
