This Tokyo cafe hires only waiters with dementia, so you never know what you'll get.
Because orders are bound to be wrong. Here, people with dementia are welcomed into the community, creating a comfortable environment for them to work.
Some employees told me they look forward to coming here every day and are so grateful to have such a community. To help employees, they've even added measures to reduce errors, using bright colors as visual cues.
