The longest running Dungeons & Dragons game has been going on for 43 years. It was recently entered into the Guinness Book of World Records. The game was started on April 25, 1982, in a small Canadian town by two guys, Jeff and Robert. They enjoyed the game so much that they decided to continue it, and the game subsequently grew.

Over the years, it has had approximately 500 characters and approximately 400 in-game years.

Breaks between sessions never exceed a few weeks, and often two or three games are played per week. The party currently has about 60 active players, but only 8 can play at a time.

The basement of the house has now been converted into a veritable "D&D command center": about 30,000 miniatures, modular cities, castles, temples, and landscapes.

Some fly to Ontario to join Robert in person to roll the dice, while others join online.
