Mysterious explosion in the sky in China

Chinese media have published footage of an explosion of an unknown object in the sky over Shandong Province. The event has sparked much speculation. Local residents are speculating that the air defense system struck a meteor, a missile, or an alien craft.

Residents of Shandong Province, China, captured the mysterious explosion on video. According to the portal 8 World, the footage circulated on social media supposedly shows the destruction of an "unidentified flying object."

"Residents of Shandong Province saw and filmed supposedly downed UFOs," the report states.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a bright, glowing spot, similar to a torch, moving at high speed across the night sky. Then another glowing object approached the "UFO," and locals heard "two loud sounds."

According to Yangcheng Evening News, there is still no official explanation for the alleged "UFO destruction."
