In Brazil, there's a cashew tree that covers an area of 8,500 square meters. It's listed in the Guinness Book of World Records and resembles an entire grove. 
According to legend, it was planted by a local fisherman in 1888, but scientists believe the plant is at least a thousand years old. 
The giant's branches grow outward, not upward, and when they touch the ground, they take root and strengthen.
The tree is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records and produces approximately 60,000 fruits annually. It is surrounded by a park with walking paths.
