The Russian assault group, which tried to break through to the Ukrainian positions near Torskoye on armored vehicles - the so-called "motorbikes", suffered a crushing defeat.
The column was stopped by a reliable defensive line created by the fighters of the 63rd separate mechanized brigade. Then the Ukrainian mortarmen and artillerymen went into action - they worked on the enemy's equipment and manpower in a massive manner. The strikes were carried out by units of the 77th separate airborne assault brigade and the 40th separate artillery brigade, Censor.NET reports.
