A thief dressed as Scooby-Doo robbed a store (2 photos + 1 video)

A funny incident occurred in the American city of Tuscaloosa, located in the state of Alabama - an unknown person dressed up as the famous character Scooby-Doo and robbed a local gas station. The police asked residents to identify the robber, but online users humorously teased the cops.





The police department asked the citizens of Tuscaloosa to identify someone who looks like the suspect who broke into and robbed the Quick Stop store near Duncanville. According to preliminary data, the robber was at least 25 years old and about 175 cm tall.

"At 3:45 a.m. Sunday, the security alarm went off and police arrived at the scene. The thief took cash and retail money, but did not take any food," law enforcement officials reported.



In response to the message from the Tuscaloosa Police Department, in the comments to the post, Americans humorously teased the cops for their inability to "rip the mask off the criminal," as the characters from the famous Scooby-Doo franchise did.
