Hipopo Papa is located on the coast of Akashi, and its toilet has become almost one of the main attractions of the city.
According to the owner, he designed and built it himself with a friend, spending ~$285,000 (22 million ₽), but the result was worth it - the toilet has been attracting crowds of visitors for many years.
