California to host first ever sperm race (2 photos + 1 video)
The sperm "races" are planned to be broadcast to thousands of people. Bets on the "racing" teams will also be accepted.
American businessmen are outdoing themselves. Before the Olympics for doping enthusiasts had even taken place, a new and no less crazy idea appeared. In California, with the support of several businessmen and producers who have worked with major bloggers, the first ever sperm race will be held. Everything will be held according to all the rules of sports shows with "weighing" of participants, press conferences and live broadcasts with a totalizator.
The races will be held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles in front of 5,000 spectators. They will be shown a video from a microscopic race track that imitates the reproductive system. It is noted that students from the University of California and the University of Southern California have volunteered as donors, who are going to find out whose sperm is faster.
As with any thing that they are trying to sell in the West, its creators have a good purpose. In the case of sperm races, the organizers are allegedly interested in the problem of declining male fertility, which society should pay attention to.
"Male fertility is declining. Strongly. It is happening quietly, steadily, and no one is talking about it. Sperm motility is a key factor that can be measured, tracked, and improved. But no one had turned it into something that people cared about. We did it,” the founders of the Sperm Racing startup explained.
