Humanoid robot with AI began working in a laboratory for the creation of drugs
American clinical biotech company Insilico Medicine has integrated a bipedal humanoid robot into automated processes in a drug discovery lab.
Massachusetts-based Insilico Medicine has announced the integration of the first bipedal humanoid robot, “Supervisor,” into a robotic lab powered by artificial intelligence. The robot is designed to collect and analyze data to train the AI to replicate the skills of human scientists.
“Supervisor” has already begun performing its first tasks: assisting with lab tours, telepresence, monitoring, and controlling lab processes. In the future, the humanoid will perform routine tasks such as pipetting, working with reagents, and managing lab equipment.
