In Malaysia, an eyewitness captured a local armed forces paratrooper knocking a woman off her vehicle.
The unfortunate landing occurred in the Tanjung Bidara area of Malacca during an airborne exercise.
“A corporal from the 18th Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment was making his final approach to land in the Terendak Camp area when a change in wind direction caused him to deviate from his course and land in a neighboring area,” the publication notes.
The impact fell on a motorcycle, on which a woman in a headscarf was riding. She fell onto the asphalt. It is noted that the victim left the scene. The soldier received minor injuries and was sent to hospital.
