Hockey players from the USA and Canada got into three fights in the first 9 seconds of the match
The recent match between the USA and Canada at the NHL Four Nations Tournament was memorable for its spectacular start. Three fights broke out on the ice in just nine seconds.
Right after the opening faceoff, USA forward Matthew Tkachuk got into a fight with Canada forward Brandon Heigl, after the second faceoff, forwards Brady Tkachuk and Sam Bennett followed suit, and nine seconds in, J.T. Miller and Colton Parayko joined in the action.
All six players received five penalty minutes, and the game ended 3-1 in favor of the USA.
