Delhi residents and netizens condemned the man who released stray dogs locked in a truck. 
Kindness towards animals can be shown in different ways. And the reaction of others to acts of kindness can be different.
For example, the actions of this stranger from Delhi (India) were condemned by Internet users. Although he himself probably considered that he was committing an almost heroic act. The man opened the door of a truck in which stray dogs were sitting, caught by government officials. Naturally, all the animals ran away in all directions.
"Savior" can be proud of himself and he certainly is. But this man's actions were not called kindness at all, but stupidity. The dogs were caught in order to vaccinate and sterilize them. This was the real concern for stray animals, and not the freedom granted to them.
