In New Orleans (Louisiana, USA), a heavy snowfall hit the city, paralyzing life in the city. It's understandable - there hasn't been snow in the city of palm trees on the Gulf Coast for 15 years, and the last snowstorm was in the 1960s! Some locals have never seen snow at all.
