In China, a boy turned his father in to the police after he scolded him for not learning his lessons (3 photos)
The man did break the law: he was arrested for drug possession.
The incident occurred on January 9 in Yinchuan City. After his father scolded the boy for not doing his homework, he got offended and ran out of the house. Having reached the nearest store, the child asked the seller for a phone number.
The boy called emergency services and asked to speak to the police, saying that his father was hiding poppy seeds at home, which are considered a drug banned in the country. The schoolboy then calmly waited for the police to arrive, and then went home with them so that they could conduct a search.
The police did indeed find drugs on the man. He admitted that he had bought them, but only used them for medical purposes. However, despite his remorse, the boy's father was detained.
