The thief tried to confuse the police with his makeup, but it was his "disguise" that let him down. The thief was identified and detained.





In Ibague, Colombia, after robbing a passerby, police detained a notorious criminal nicknamed "Wasson".

After the victim reported the theft of her mobile phone to authorities, the robber was detained on a bus near the city's main bus station. During a search of the detainee, a mobile phone and headphones were found, presumably belonging to the victim of the theft.

It is noted that the suspect painted his face to hide his identity and prevent identification, but it was precisely this recognizable "makeup" that allowed the suspected criminal to be detained.

The police published a photo of the moment of the arrest, in which "Wasson" is standing in clown makeup, a masquerade hat depicting a lion over a baseball cap and a children's handbag with characters from the cartoon "Frozen".



In another photo, the attacker is standing among law enforcement officers, without the hat depicting a lion's head, but still in makeup.
