While you are worried that robots will take your job in the future, futurologists believe that, most likely, a robot will replace you in bed sooner.





And this will happen next year, full-fledged male robots are still a long way off, but their intimate mechanized parts are already posing serious competition to living men.

Already now, if you believe the online surveys, 63% of women use intimate toys, 40% connect virtual reality to this matter and believe that they get better and more interesting sex.



Moreover, experts are confident that humanoid robots will be more in demand than simple sex dolls. The only reason holding back their mass distribution is the high price, some models cost more than $15,000.

Currently, the sex robot market is dominated by requests from men to create realistic dolls, but some analysts are confident that by 2050 the situation may completely change.



Delaware-based Realbotix unveiled a $11,000 sex bot for women called “Henry” in 2018.

Ian Pehrson, a PhD candidate who boasts an 85 percent accuracy rate in his predictions, claims in his research for a British adult toy retailer that within six years, most people will be having virtual sex.

By 2035, sex toys will have become more widespread, and virtual reality sex will become the norm. And by 2050, robots will have practically replaced live partners.
