A Chinese company uses robots and drones to remove ice from power lines. The high-tech tandem is controlled remotely.
The drone places a special robot on the wire, which, balancing, rides along it, chipping away the ice. The operator watches the process through the drone's camera. After the robot finishes clearing the ice crust, the drone transfers it to the next cable.
