Interesting finds, references and Easter eggs in STALKER 2 (6 photos)

The wave of hype around the new "Stalker" is slowly dying down - but I'm sure it will become as legendary as the previous parts. And players continue to find more and more cool references and Easter eggs. I'll share some of them in this post. The Weasley Family Car

In the film "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", Harry and Ron missed the train to Hogwarts, which is why they decided to use the Weasley family's flying car. It ended with them crashing into a tree - in "Stalker 2" they decided to play up this scene.





Gordon Freeman's Skeleton

The protagonist of Half Life 2 was suddenly discovered in STALKER 2. Or rather, what was left of him. The skeleton was found next to a container - a crowbar (a recognizable weapon from Half Life) was lying nearby.



"Cossacks"

Have you played "Cossacks"? I do. And I remember this game very well. A reference to it was found in "Stalker". In the screenshot you can see a rug with a characteristic image. Interestingly, "Cossacks" was also developed by GSC.





Bonfire from Dark Souls

The game Dark Souls has gathered a huge number of fans around itself. And they immediately recognized the bonfire that was in their favorite game. And it really looks like it, it's hard to argue, so to speak.



«Back to the Future 3»

Many players thought that the developers placed a reference to the legendary film «Back to the Future 3» in the «Cooling Towers» location. If you watched it and remember, there were fiery traces left behind the time machine (in the third part, there were such traces, including on the rails) — the same ones were found in the new game.

If you remember the first part of «Stalker», then you also remember the picture from the menu. Namely, part of a destroyed wall, a campfire. The creators of the new game decided that it would be nice to make a 3D version of that loading screen.
