Recently, many TV series have been released in which directors create real universes and worlds. "Back to the Future" is also a kind of mini-universe and a milestone in the history of cinema, which gave viewers a galaxy of bright stars and no less bright emotions.
Almost 40 years have passed since the release of the first part of the trilogy. But the actors who played the main roles are not going to go into the shadows and lead an active lifestyle and create, despite their age.
1. Dr. Emmett Brown - Christopher Lloyd, 86
"Back to the Future" (1985)
The role of Dr. Emmett Brown made actor Christopher Allen Lloyd (born October 22, 1938 in Stamford, Connecticut, USA) a star. But he also has roles in no less worthy and interesting projects, including Max Taber in the film "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", Judge Rock in the film "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", Fester Addams in the black comedy "The Addams Family", the Martian Martin in the science fiction comedy "My Favorite Martian".
And in total, their number has exceeded a hundred.

Christopher was married four times. His current fifth wife is not connected with the film industry and works in real estate. Unfortunately, the actor did not have children, but Lloyd is not upset. Two days ago, Christopher celebrated his 86th birthday.

Celebrating another year surrounded by beauty and love, which we could all use more of. I am deeply grateful to the incredible people in my life, especially my fans for their constant support. I look forward to seeing you again in 2025. We have a bright future ahead of us!

Both the photos from the festival, as well as from the Comic-Con festival held in New York from October 17 to 20, 2024, prove that he can easily give shape to the young. Lloyd does not lose his spirit and still loves his work, which is proven by last year's roles in the series "The Mandalorian" and "A Million Little Things".

2. Marty McFly - Michael J. Fox, 63 years old
"Back to the Future"
Michael J. Fox (real name Michael Andrew Fox) is a Canadian-American actor, in addition to the film industry, he is involved in producing, literature and is active in public life.
He was born on June 9, 1961 in Edmonton (Canada). In the trilogy, he played schoolboy Marty McFly. In the second part, he brilliantly coped with playing four roles at once - himself present and future, as well as his own children, and in the third he also appeared in the image of his own ancestor.
"Family Ties"
After "Back to the Future" he starred in the series "Family Ties". So successfully that he received three Emmy Awards and one Golden Globe.
In the 2000s, the actor went behind the scenes, mainly doing voice-overs. The reason was sad: for 10 years he hid the truth from the public and even his family, but then he made a statement. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease when he was still young and full of energy - at the age of 30.
But Michael did not give up and founded a charitable foundation, the activities of which are aimed at finding a cure for this disease and helping patients. And he encourages people to talk about it:
In many cases, when you have a disability, you are faced with how other people perceive your experience and fear of it, rather than seeing the experience that you have. There is nothing terrible about it for me. It is what I deal with. It is my reality and my life, but it is not terrible.
