This will not be just another unrealistically tall skyscraper, but a natural cube that can fit 20 Empire State Buildings.
A unique building called The Mukaab is planned to be built in just 6 years in the capital of Riyadh. Its characteristics are amazing - 396 meters high and 365 meters wide. Just imagine - 2 million square meters.
This giant cube is planned to have 104 thousand residential units and nine thousand hotel rooms. The developed infrastructure of the complex will include retail space, offices and restaurants.
The external walls of the building will be equipped with virtual reality technology that reflects landscapes. The interior will feature huge holographic projections based on artificial intelligence.
The construction is being managed by New Murabba Development Company, and according to preliminary estimates, the construction of such an ambitious project will cost about $50 billion.
The developer claims that Mukaab will be “primarily people-centric” and that green spaces will be accessible within 15 minutes from any point in the cube.
