A baby hippopotamus saved an antelope
A young hippopotamus, without knowing it, helped an antelope escape from a crocodile. The cub snuck up on the predator and forced it to leave the pond.
Wildlife enthusiasts witnessed the rescue of an antelope in an African reserve. The hippopotamus, under the supervision of its mother, decided to escort the crocodile out of a muddy pond. Having scared off the toothy predator, the cub, without suspecting it, saved the antelope's life. The ungulate representative of the local fauna took advantage of the moment when the waterfowl predator unclenched its jaws and reunited with its fellow tribesmen.
