Footage of 10,000 drones lighting up the sky in China has caused a stir on social media. Even Elon Musk was impressed, and wrote about it on his official account on the X platform. Let's take a look too. 
10,197 drones create a multi-colored glow in the night sky, reminiscent of a huge fireworks display.
Investor and social activist Mario Nafal, who has over 1.6 million followers on the X platform, said:
"China has outdone itself again. After setting a world record with over 8,000 drones for a light show, they now have a light show with 10,000 drones."
The performance set two Guinness World Records: the most drones controlled by a single computer that fly simultaneously, and the most aerial formations created from drones.
Today, the popular drone shows have become an important tourist attraction in Shenzhen.
More and more companies are entering this market, offering tourists drone shows, low-altitude sightseeing tours, low-altitude flights, and low-altitude photography. Such a rich selection of entertainment attracts people from all over the world to Shenzhen.
However, some netizens expressed concern, fearing that the drones could be used as weapons to attack civilians.
