Celebrations in Portugal ended with a powerful explosion of gas equipment

A feast organized on the occasion of Fisherman's Day in one of the drinking establishments in the village of Porto de Mos (District of Leiria, Portugal) was completed ahead of schedule due to an explosion and then a fire in the local area.

While extinguishing the fire, two firefighters were injured of varying degrees of severity and were sent to the hospital. A few minutes later the fire was extinguished.

According to preliminary data, the gas cylinders belonged to the diner. The cause of the explosion is being investigated by local police.
