Ukrainian armored vehicle MaxxPro returns from a combat mission in Chasovy Yar under enemy fire
The Ukrainian armored vehicle MRAP "MaxxPro" under mortar fire and heavy fire from enemy drones returns from a combat mission in Chasovy Yar in the Donetsk region. The corresponding video was published by the Butusov Plus telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
The intersection seems to have been well targeted by the enemy, but even this does not disturb the crew of the vehicle.
MaxxPro is an armored personnel carrier adopted by the United States in 2007. The manufacturer notes that MaxxPro is capable of protecting the crew from a mine explosion with a capacity of up to 7 kg of TNT. The total weight of the vehicle is 13 tons.
The armored vehicle accommodates three crew members (driver, commander and gunner) and up to six paratroopers. On the roof of the armored vehicle there is an open turret for mounting 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm machine guns or a Mk.19 automatic grenade launcher.
